The RAF is at the forefront of gender awareness and empowerment within all functions of the business. The Fund boosts over 60% women leaders across its senior, general management and executive level positions. Uplifting and recognizing women within the RAF has always been a key focus for the organisation. Internally, programmes have been established to drive career growth for all women employees.
